Limiting kids internet/wifi access based on schedule

On the Orbi, how do I go about limitting my kids internet access (or wifi) based on a schedule (i.e. shut off internet for the kids only at 9PM for example)? It would be best if I could limit wifi, since this also prevents them from streaming local movies from my media server, but any kind of blocking would help.

I saw this, but unfortunately, I want to limit only the kids wifi, not the parents wifi.

Ideally there should be a way to block only the kids internet access during specific hours.

You may want to try something like the Circle by Disney (meetcircle.com). Adds to your existing network and appears to provide a lot of tools you may find helpful.
