Logging into Orbi IOS app
After updating my IPhone to the newest Orbi App I am no longer able to log into my router. Whenever I attempted to log in I get the following absolutely useless error: “An error has occurred. Try again”. Unfortunatly, I started getting this error after my Complementary support has ended. Does anyone have an idea for a solution or should I cut my losses toss the router and buy a product from a company that stands behind their products?

Re: Logging into Orbi IOS app
You could help us help you by describing your model of Orbi and firmware version.
What equipment is the Orbi plugged into (make/model)
What mode is your orbi in? AP or router

Same here! It just says “an error occurred” and I’m locked out!
