Hi! Out of nowhere, my Orbi route stopped working. If i try and connect, I get an error saying “connected, no WiFi”. I tried to fix through app but it needs my login and my login doesn’t work (the login found underneath my orbi). Help!
Model: RBR50|Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi Router

Re: Login
Orbi has three logins:
- The WiFi name and password. This is what is printed on the product label. Many users change this during the product setup to something they prefer better. (For example, I change the WiFi name to match the WiFi system I am replacing so that I do not have to go around to every device and configure it again.)
- The administrative name ("admin", can't be changed) and password, which by default is "password" and people are supposed to change it to something else during setup.
- The Netgear account login created when registering the product with Netgear.
Since you are using the"app", at least two are needed. So, if a device says "connected", no WiFi, it sound to me like it got connected to the Orbi WiFi, but is not being allowed to do anything. When you open the app, it wants the Netgear account information to connect to the Orbi.
I suspect that your device has been "blocked" by the Orbi and you need to get into the Orbi web interface using a different device. Do you have anything with a web browser that IS able to connect?
