Lost circle data after rebooting router
I lost internet on my home network, so I re-booted my modem & router. My internet was restored, but I lost all Circle (Disney Parental Controls) data. Do I have to set up profiles, label all devices all over again? Or, is there a way to retrieve my data? Is this going to happen every time I reboot?

Re: Lost circle data after rebooting router
This should not happen after reboot, but if you made a factory reset then you need to re-configure Circle from scratch.
You can also do a backup in the Circle app so that you can restore your settings next time this happens, backup can be found in the app under Manage as follows:

Thank you. That is very helpful info. I will definitely use the backup & restore from backup feature next time.
