Missing Parental Controls Option After Factory Reset
Hi
I had free / basic Circle parental controls on my Orbi RBR50. Firmware v2.7.2.104. I wasn't very satisfied with Circle. I saw there was a Netgear Smart Parental Controls in the web interface and wanted to try it out. I enabled that option, which deactivated Circle. After RBR50 rebooted, the entire network went down. Wired and WiFi devices lost internet access. I did a factory reset and started from scratch. After everything was back, I noticed the parental controls option was missing. The option is unavaiable under Advanced -> Securtity in the web interface. Parental controls option is unavaible under the Orbi app on iOS either. What should I do to bring the parental control option back?
TIA

Re: Missing Parental Controls Option After Factory Reset
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Circle product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck
