More than 8 hours on hold for RMA so far.
Woke up this morning to a completely dead RBR50. Sats are fine but the router doesn't turn on at all. Called in at 8am and spoke with someone who took my information, created a case, and then was transferring me to someone in the Orbi department.
That was 8 hours ago. Still on hold.
