NAS Qnap TS-419 not accessible after router change
I have a couple of Qnap NAS servers that I've used for several years (TS-419 and TS-419P). After I switched from my D-Link DIR-655 router to the Orbi AC3000 I cannot access the NAS machines. They get assigned IP-adresses and show up as connected wired devices. I can ping the them, but I cannot get to the NAS web interface, nor do they show up as SMB shares (like they did before the router switch). The QNAP Qfinder Pro software cannot find them either.
Orbi Firmware version: V2.1.4.16
What to do??

Re: NAS Qnap TS-419 not accessible after router change
AFter setting up the Orbi, do a wired PC and the NAS wired to the back of the Orbi router get any connection access?
I presume the NAS is using a Dynamic IP address?
Is the NAS getting an IP address from the Orbi router?

Re: NAS Qnap TS-419 not accessible after router change
Yes, the NAS get assigned an IP address from the router. With wired NAS and wired computer I still get no access.
When I get home after work I will see what's going on with Wireshark.
The thing was that everything worked perfectly through the old router...

Re: NAS Qnap TS-419 not accessible after router change
Is the I.P. address in the same IP address range as that of your PC? e.g. if the I.P. address of your PC is 192.168.1.x is the I.P. address of the NAS 192.168.1.y?

Re: NAS Qnap TS-419 not accessible after router change
The problem has been resolved. I apparently had configured the NAS machines to only accept network connections from another subnet than the Orbi router was working on. I feel kinda stupid, but happy that it's working again.
Sorry for taking up your time, but your help is appreciated.
