I’m having issues with my orbi. First it lost internet connection. No biggie. But then it never came back on and I’ve unplugged it and reset. When none of this worked I went to login and the website didn’t recognize my login and password and made me reset my password and it still doesn’t allow me to re do my orbi. Do I have to connect to my laptop to trouble shoot it more?
