NETWORK MAP SHOWS RBR20 ROUTER AS PURPLE BUT SATELITES ARE GREEN 5EJ50A5BAA8B8
I'm not getting the best speeds and wondered if its because the Router shows purple on the app. The unit itself is unlit. Is there something I need to do to fix this.

While there may be "something wrong", (a) the Ring Light at the top of Orbi routers goes "out" after completing the startup sequence:

A lot of people report that the Orbi "app" shows the router in magenta (very much like purple) when it is working normally. The best I can figure is the app is trying to connect to some special web site and cannot, so it thinks, "the internet is disconnected." People who talk about the app in the "app forum" may have a better explanation if you post the question there:
