Netgear Armor activation failed
I bought a subscription after the trial period and I have already activated it via the email from bitdefender. The activation is accepted but my RBR20 is still showing "Expired-Off". When I go to the bitdefender site, seems it require installing something into the device for protection. Question here, how to install external software to the Orbi router? Anyone can help on this?

Re: Netgear Armor activation failed
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck.
