Have Router RBR40 and satellite RBW30 on the first floor, because the house is naroow and long. What can I add to strengten the signal in the basement?

You can add another satellites.
Compatible models are:
RBS20
RBW30
RBS40
RBS40V
RBS50
RBS50Y
Keep in mind, the 50 series have a wider backhaul but will connect at the lower 866mbps backhaul the 40 series use.

More satellites that work with the RBR40?
