No Internet on Orbi WiFi

My internet quit working about 4 days ago and I have been trouble shooting to find the issue.   I can connect directly to my modem and get internet.   When I turn the Wireless WIFI back on, on my router, I can connect to the internet through that as well.  However, when I connect the Orbi and turn off the WIF on my router, I see the Orbi network and when I try to connect, I have no internet service.   When I plug a line into the Orbi, I also have no internet.   When I plug into my modem or router, I have internet.   I believe something has gone wrong with the Orbi system.

Any idea??

If your modem has a built in router you will either need to make it a modem only or make the orbi run in AP mode.
