No color on satellite on startup - dead unit?
Hi,
I just bought this system. The router works well, but I just can't seem to get anything working on the satellite.
When I power it on, the power LED turns green, and then nothing happens. The "ring" LED doesn't do anything. If I try to factory reset the satellite, I believe the power LED is supposed to blink amber or something, but it just stays solid green after holding down the reset button for up to 1 minute.
Do you think my sattelite unit is dead?
(I have also tried different power outlets, all with the same result)

I would go to the store and get an exchange.

Hello JanMielbach
Yea you might want to swap the unit if possible if not contact Netgear support.
