Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck.

Thanks. I'll post there as well.
Do you know if I'm seeing the satellites in the web interface, does that mean they're working properly? I supposed I don't really care that the app doesn't work if functionality of the satellites is shown in web interface.

The Orbi app should be displaying the RBS as well. IF they appear on the RBRs web page, the app should have same.

Yes, showing up in the Attached Devices page as satellites (at the top of the page) means they are working.
That the Orbi app (especially the iPhone version) is incorrect so often should be an embarassment to Netgear.
