OBI200 wifi adapter not recognized by Orbi Mesh WIFI6 router
Our new Orbi WIFI6 router will not reocgnize our OBI 200 voip WIFI adapter. It worked fine with the prior router. Security issue? Please assist.

First, "CBR40" is the WiFi5 Orbi model with built-in cable modem, not a WiFi6 router. It would help to know exactly which model of Orbi this is (from the product label on the bottom of the case). Orbi WiFi6 have different firmware than the older WiFi5 and questions about them are more likely to get an informed response if posted in the "AX" community forum: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-AX/bd-p/en-home-orbi-ax
Second, the USB WiFi adapter is 802.11/b/g/n, which recognizes only the 2.4G WiFi channels (1-11 in North America, 1-13 in other parts of the world). If the adapter was designed for the North American market, but the Orbi is (for example) in Europe, the 2.4G channel may be on 12 or 13, which the adapter cannot recognize.
