ORBI Android App does not find my ORBI units
My RBR40 router S/N 50K1745V0038E with a wall plugin satellite is not discovered by the Orbi app in my mobile. It used to find them before I upgraded firmware in both router and satellite.
The App is version 2.2.0.363

Re: ORBI Android App does not find my ORBI units
It may be that your phone is connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Verify that your phone is connected to the SSID of your Orbi.

Re: ORBI Android App does not find my ORBI units
Hi FightingFurball,
My handset is certainly connected to the Orbi router network, using the SSID that is published. The same that my computers use. From one of them I read
Aktuell nätverksinformation:
Simris:
PHY-läge: 802.11n
BSSID: 9c:3d:cf:21:72:41
Kanal: 36,1
Landskod: DE
Nätverkstyp: Infrastruktur
Säkerhet: WPA2 Personal
Signal/brus: -51 dBm / -90 dBm
Överföringshastighet: 300
MCS-index: 15
And the Wifi in the handset uses SSID Simris
