ORBI App Security keeps popping up a "threat"on my phone

The security system on the app keeps aerting me to a blocked SPAM url of 

(Inserting spaces here so no one clicks a=the actual url....)

I have no idea why my phone is hitting this apparent SPAM url, always while the phone is just sitting idle. 

Any idea what this is?
