ORBI RBR40 with ARRIS BGW-210 Disables Circle - HOW DO FIX IT?

I just ugraded from cable to AT&T Fiber.  They supplied me with an Arris BGW-210 modem.  When I connect directly to the modem I get 940Mbps down/up.  I connected my Orbi RBR 40 and speeds dropped a couple hundred Mbps.  After doing some research I learned that I need to disable Wi-Fi on the Arris and enable IP passthrough.  Done.  Speeds are better, but not close to 940 Mbps.  I next read that I need to set the RBR40 from ROUTER to AP modem.  That brought the speeds up to around 940 Mbps, but he byproduct is that mmost of the setting have now been greyed out, and most importantly, Circle has been greyed out and disabled.  How can I enable Circle while still maintaining the speeds that I'm paying for?  Thanks!

By getting att to fix their passthrough mode. it doesn't work properly easily and many users have had to resort to AP mode to get their full speeds.

Sadly, ap mode disables many functions as it disables the routing features.

There's some who've gotten it working but it requires getting the att device to work properly. I'd contact them for help getting it the BGW-210 working properly in passthrough mode

This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Your best option would be #3...

Circle has been problematic as of late.
