Can you use a RBW30 satellite bought with one router on another Orbi router?  Are they interchangeable?

Yes, just follow the the normal procedure of adding a new Satellite. Press the Sync button on the back of your existing Router and then also the Sync button on the side of the RBW30 (see picture).
