ORBI down & Android App won't connect

After 7 months of solid performance, my Orbi router just stopped working.  No longer accepting wireless connections.  Tried connecting via my Android S8 and the Orbi app, but it won't connect even though I'm connected to the Orbi wireless network- keeps saying TRY AGAIN.  So I reset the Orbi router to its orginal SSID and pw, but still won't connect after connecting to the Orbi51 default wireless.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the Orbi app, connected to Orbi51 Wireless, tried again (per instructions to TRY AGAIN).  Nothing.  Tried Remote Management, but unfortunately this apparently was never set up.  I don't know of anyway else in.

CONNECTING YOUR ORBI WIFI ROUTER STEPS

1. Before Setup powers cycle your network. (Modem, Existing Router if any)
2. Connect Ethernet cable from modem to the internet port of your Orbi router.
3. Plug the power into Orbi Router.
4. Press On/Off button for LED to come up.
5. Now check if you have internet LED solid.
6. Connect to the Orbi Wireless network. Find default password under the Orbi router on the label.
7. Once connected visit orbilogin.net/www.orbilogin.com
8. Follow the instructions on Orbi genie page.
9. You can add Satellite also on the same page.

Make sure you reset the orbi router and sattelite again.

STEPS TO RESET YOUR ORBI WIFI SYSTEM

1. Orbi WiFi router should be plugged into power.
2. Use paper clip or pin,press and hold the reset button until power LED blinks amber on orbi router.
3. Do the same on the orbi Satellite.

Honestly, I had not.  Did about 2 minutes of research on the necessary URL and successfully logged in.  Was able to reconfigure the router from scratch and viola!, it's working again.  Also updated the firmware while I was at it.  Thanks for the (what should have been obvious) answer!
