Optimal RIP Settings

Does anyone know what the best settings for the “RIP Direction” and “RIP Version” are using the Orbi System (located at: Advanced>LAN setup)?

Unless you have a specialized internet service, default is optimal for most ISP services.

Are these the default RIP settings?:
RIP Direction: Both Ways
RIP Version: Disabled
