Just received my Orbi wifi system with three satellites to cover my house. After setting it up I was unable to connect using the Orbi app and the main router had a solid Magenta light. I called tech support and spoke to a nice gentlemen in India who spend 30 minutes trying to figure out the problem finally after screensharing and looking into my modem he concluded it was an IP problem and that the only solution was to buy security software offered by NETGEAR for $200 a year or $800 for a lifetime to make the system work. He said there was a problme with the ip address between orbi and my modem. Any insight would be helpful
