Orbi App Issues

I can’t get into the orbi app. I tried to do the password recovery but don’t seem to be successful. How else can I get into the orbi app? I do have a Netgear account I know the credentials to.

Are you trying to connect to the Orib when you at home? the local log in information should work. 

What mobile device are you using? 


Have you removed the app from the devcie, rebooted device, then re-install app then try to connect it. It should ask you for local log in information. Can you access the Orbi with a PC and web browser?
