Orbi Isn't Finding Modem, Network not visible on devices
Attempting to connect for the first time and having no luck connecting to the modem. I get the Orbi Mini Router RBR40 and the RBW30 Orbi Wall Plug Satellite to sync up, blue ring on the satellite. However, after they sync, the router turns magenta. Tried depressing the sync button on the router again and it finally stopped flashing all together. Am unable to see the SSID on any of my devices. Am also unable to see the network with the Orbi app on my phone. Turned everything off and unplugged everything for 5 minutes and started the process again, same results. My modem is an Arris Surfboard SB6121. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Orbi Isn't Finding Modem, Network not visible on devices
Did you power OFF the modem for 1 minuted then back on, then power ON the router?
Swap LAN cables between the orbi router and modem?
What ISP are you with?
Try MAC Clone of the router to the modem?

Re: Orbi Isn't Finding Modem, Network not visible on devices
Yes, I powered everything off for 5 minutes, then brought everything up the way the instructions said to. First the modem, then the router, then the satellite.
No, I haven't tried to swap LAN cables.
I have Xfinity for my ISP.
I don't know what a MAC clone is.

Re: Orbi Isn't Finding Modem, Network not visible on devices
Do you get internet connection with a PC/laptop wired cirectly to the modem?
Try swapping cable between the modem and router...
IF this fails, you may have a bad Orbi router....
