Orbi LAN speed with 1Gbps internet??

I have fiber internet coming into my home at 1Gbps up/down.   I don't want to rewire the whole house to support that, so I was looking at wireless solutions.  My question is this.  If I connect an Orbi base unit to the 1Gbps modem, then how much of that 1Gbps speed can I get at the LAN port of an Orbit SAT unit positioned elsewhere in my home?

I measured about 575 Mbps across the backhaul between two wired devices.
