Orbi Login Problems

For some reason, www.orbilogin.com is not accepting my username (admin) and my password? 

 

I have tried all variations of the admin, ADMIN, and password but I can't log in. After a few tries, I get a screen that wants me to enter my Router's ser#. I do that and I am presented with two security questions.

 

1. What was the name of the first NETGEAR product you purchased?

A. Orbi

 

2. What is your best friend's first name?

A. XXXX

 

Then I get this: Orbi.com say's: The information you entered does not match what is saved on the router. Please enter it again.

I keep entering it and get the same results.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Connect a wired PC to the router and factory reset the router and walk thru the set up wizard with the Pc and web browser. This time write down all the information for safe keeping later on.
