Orbi Parental Logs Password Error

Orbi Parental Logs Password Error
I used to receive nightly parental logs and about a week ago all of a sudden it stopped sending and I get the following error message:
[email failed] -5.7.9 Application-specific password required. Learn more at
I have already updated firmware. I have triple checked the password to both the orbi and also gmail where the logs were being sent and everything looks good. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you enable 2-step verification for your google gmail account? See https://www.google.com/landing/2step/ If so, then you may have to go into your gmail settings and allow the application access. I had to do the same thing to allow Thunderbird IMAP access to my gmail account.
