Orbi RBK50 firmware V2.1.4.16 DDNS issue
Hi,
I have a personal hostname with NO-IP and when I go to Advanced Setup/Dynamic DNS then Show Status, I get the following message:
No update action. There is no IP address on the Internet port.
What does it mean?
If my No-IP host IP address updating or not?
Thank you
Regards

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?

The firmware version is in the title of the message, V2.14.6.
It is connected to a Telstra ( I am in Australia) Gateway modem/router configured in bridge mode.

What browser are you using? Try IE11 or FF?
Might contact NOIP and or NG support for additional help and information on this.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I tried IE11 and FF 61.02 and the DDNS status still shows the same message message.
It used to work with the older firmware.
I feel that the built-in Orbi DDNS client is not updating the NO-IP host when the IP changes.

I would make contact with NG support and ask about this...
