Orbi RBK50V 404 Error and Unencrypted Password

I have 2 routers - 1) Orbi RBK50V and 2) Nighthawk R7900.  The ethernet connection comes straight out of the wall to Nighthawk internet connection, from there I use the LAN port to connect cable to Orbi Internet connection.  This worked fine until I did a reset on the Nighthawk router.  

Now when on the Orbi wifi, certain emails will not fully download and or links embedded will generate a 404 error.  What I noticed is when I switch to Nighthawk wifi, this works fine.

Other thing is i cannot access Orbilogin.com website while on Orbi wifi. It gives pop up window asking for name and password and says password will be sent unencrypted.

This all got messed up when i did a reset on the Nighthawk but do not know how to fix this!  If anyone can walk me thru how to resolve this, it would be greatly appreciated!

Couple of options,

1. disable ALL wifi radios on the R7900, configure the R7900s DMZ for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the R7900. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
