Orbi RBR20
I am not knowlegable at all in regards to technology but my Orbi Router says it's offline but my satellite is working. But my Ring system, is constantly going offline. My router is connected directly to an ATT modem router combo.
Can someone please help me troubleshoot how to make everything work correctly?

Re: Orbi RBR20
Is your att combo device in passthrough mode?
Or the orbi in access point mode?
otherwise you'd be in a double nat.

Re: Orbi RBR20

I've seen this in other discussions but can't figure out how to verify what anything is in

Re: Orbi RBR20
Putting the orbi in access point mode is probably the easiest method.
How do I configure my Orbi router to act as an access point? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
to configure your combo device for passthrough mode, you'd want to contact your isp. But if you put the orbi in access point, you wouldn't need to change your combo device. i would either shut off its wifi or make sure the channels it broadcasts on aren't the same as your orbi (to prevent interference)
