Orbi RBR50 Armor panel not activated after reset V2.5.1.16

I updated firmware on my RBR50 and now have the dreaded Armor panel not activated despite the opposite being true. I need assistance to rectify this situation. Tried searching and looking in the Orbi app and Armor app. The only thing that I can  think would be a detriment is that I have my Netgear account and my routers' registration under two different emails. Am lost.
