Orbi RBR50 Armour Security not Activating

Orbi RBR50 Armour Security not Activating
I have a valid Armour secuirty subscription with 255 days remaing but the ORBI Router says the status of my Armour Secuirty is "Not Activated". The app says it is activated but the ORBI Router admin panel says not activated and wants me to buy another subscription. What do I do? Thanks.

-Hi @BAM2019 . This is an older post? Has this been resolved? I had the same problem and was able to get things resolved within two business days by initiating a quick chat session with Bitdefender Support; followed with a private message to @DexterJB with the BD defender support case number and the serial number of my Orbi router.
