I recently purchased the Orbi wifi system and had not issue with setup. After set-up, my iphone then my Mac to the Orbi network. After connecting, I tried searching the internet to no avail. Basically, there appears to be no internet connection. I am not a tech person and thought this would be an easy set up.
If I'm connected to my modem's wi-fi, there is no issue. I can't login to the Orbi system either.
What do I do? Otherwise, I have to take this system back for a refund.
