Orbi RBR50 firmware update satellite service unreachable
I was able to update the firmware on the router in satellite number two but status for satellite number one says service unreachable. Any suggestions? I did check again and try to update all but the number one satellite won’t update the other two are V2.7.4.24

When the normal Firmware Update web page is not successful, a common practice is to perform a manual firmware update directly on the satellite. i.e.:
- Open a web browser to the Netgear support site: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBS50.aspx#download
- Download the current firmware for the RBS50 satellite, v2.7.4.24
- Open the zip file (RBS50-V2.7.4.24.zip) to unpack the satellite firmware image (RBS50-v2.7.4.24.img)
- Use the Attached Devices page to learn the IP address of the satellite to be updated.
- Open web browser to the satellite's web page using the IP address.
- Log into the satellite using the administrative credentials ("admin" and password)
- Select the bottom menu item, Firmware Update.
- Find the image file and upload it to the satellite.
