Orbi RBR50
I have an Orbi router and use the Orbi app. When I first installed the router, the app included the security tab. Due to some problems that developed, I had to reset the routers and reinstall. Since then, the Orbi app does not have the security tab, even though I have purchased the year long Bitdefender subscription. I have tried resetting again, reinstalling the router, deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing will restore all the app options. This prevents me from utilizing the Bitdefender subscription. Does anyone know how to fix this? Why is it so hard to use basic functions, even after I pay extra for them? Thank you to anyone who knows a fix!
