Orbi Showing WifI but not connecting to Internet
My current setup - Orbi RBR20 with 2 satellites. The router is in the center of my house and the two satellites spread out enough to give good coverage. House is less than 3000 sq ft.
Modem is the standard one that Charter provided, probably not that good.
Wireless Devices:
3 cell phones
4 kindle fire tablets
1 ipad
1 laptop
3 fire sticks
Wired Devices:
PS4
Audio Reciever
FireTV Box
I bought and set it up in July and it has been working fine until the last week. The service is very intermittant. It shows WiFi signal with good to very good strength but is not connecting to the internet. It's happening across all devices so it doesn't appear to be a device issue but a network issue.
I thought it was due to me running the 3rd firestick at the same time, but I have unplugged it and I am still having problems.
I upgraded the firmware on the router, but still no luck.
Any idea what the issue is?

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

How do you administer the Orbi? (web interface or Orbi "app"?)
On the Orbi web page, the Advanced Tab Home Page, what does it say about the Orbi "Internet Port" and the "Connection Status"?
