This was finally resolved by resetting the router to factory settings. The first time I tried this (last week) did not resolve the problem. This time it did.

Hi Christian. I reinstalled the app (multiple times out of desperation), but it made no difference.
It was also suggested to update the router's firmware, but it appears to be the lastest version (2.5.1.8), according to my Orbi app.
Another post suggested that spaces in the router & satellite names may cause a problem, but I have no spaces.
I appreciate any input you have. Thank you so much for your interest in helping.
