Is the NAS IP address pingable from wireless devices connected to the router? Is DNLA the only thing not working but otherwise the NAS is visible to all devices in your Orbi network?
Please describe how the satellite is networked to your base router, e.g., is it wired or wireless? If wired, are there any network switches between the satellite and router? If yes, what brand/type and are these switches "green" or managed (vs. unmanaged)? Some types of switches have disrupted connectivity between Orbi wireless devices.
