Orbi rbr20 remote management

I had several netgear products registered between 2 email accounts. I had support merge them. When I upgraded my phone and downloaded the orbi app and tried to turn on remote management I got an error that the device is already registered to another account. I made sure my router was up to date and rebooted and still get error. Any help?

Has Remote Management been enabled on the RBRs web page by using a connected PC or laptop and web browser?

Yes. I did do that. I am able to login remotely through a browser. Just can't use the app.

Try this, disable the Remote feature on the RBR, reboot the RBR, then re-enabled it once more on the RBRs web page. Then check the app. If this fails, Please post about this in the Orbi app forum:
