Orbi with 2 satellites, one on ethernet one on wifi backhaul daisy chain?

I have an RBR50, an RBS50, and an RBS25. Currently they're daisy chained wireless in that order (the RBS is in the back of the house, and yes I know I'm losing AC3000 having it there).
I can now connect the RBS50 to the RBR50 via ethernet backhaul, but I'll still need to connect the RBS25 to the RBS50 via wifi, aka it still needs to be daisy-chained (the wifi signal to the RBS from the .
I've seen people on here say that daisy chain should be deactivated. Does that mean I can't connect to the router via wireless daisy-chain? Or has that issue been fixed?

Enable Daisy chain and see if the 20 series will connect to the RBS 50 thats ethernet connected.
