Re: Orbi
We need more info than that. What internet service, router, orbi system, how is it connected?

Re: Orbi
It is an RBR20 with two satellites. Our provider is Charter Spectrum via a cable modem. They show no problem and all other internet items (TV, phone) are fine. Only the Orbi is dropping the signal and giving an"you are not connected to the internet" error. Looking at these forums it seems this has been an ongoing problem for years, but I have seen no solution other than rebooting.

With spectrum, if you have the modem and router you can setup 2 ways. First factory reset the Orbi RBR20 and 2 satellites. Then reboot the router, by unplugging it for 30 seconds to 1 minute. With the Orbi RBR20 and satellites turned off, plug the RBR20 into one of the Spectrum router's 4 LAN ports, plug in and turn on the RBR20 and install following the app. Set the RBR20 in router mode. Once it is installed and confirmed running, plug in the first satellite, turn it on and configure it following the app. Do the same thing for the second satellite. The second way, if you choose is follow the above instructions and set the RBR20 in (AP), Access Point mode.
