I’m trying to install the Orbi. It first said can’t find network. I rebooted the modem. It now says wrong password. Please help.

Are you setting up the Orbi using the web interface (web browser) or the Orbi "app"?

The WiFi SSID and password are printed on the product label on the bottom of the router.

Is this the initial setup? If it is, rather than waste a lot of time trying to figure it out, reset the Orbi router and start again.

Did you also reboot the Orbi after you restarted the modem?
