What model Orbi do you have?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What devices do you have connected to the system? wireless and wired?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
What WPA security modes are you using?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO.
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6.
My orbi router keeps disconnecting certain devices from the internet at times around 10 pm despite no internet block in place...
My Setup (Cable 900Mbps/50Mbps)>CM1100>Orbi RBK50 v126.96.36.199 and Orbi RBK853 v188.8.131.52(Both Router Mode)
Additional NG HW: C7800/CM1100/CM1200, Orbi CBK40, Orbi RBK852, R7800, R7960P, EX7500/EX7700, XR450 and WNHDE111
Would you mind sharing more details about this situation? Such as:
Specifically which devices get disconnected?
Is it every night about 10pm, or just some nights?
And there are other devices which never get disconnected at 10pm?
How do you get the phone and Xbox to connect again? (turn them off and back on? wait until they reconnect automatically?)
We usually ask which specific Orbi model you have and which firmware it is running, and also which specific model of modem the Orbi is connected to.
This could be another lease time problem.
