Orbi
When I plug my Orbi RBR40 into th modem and set the sattelites up, the app shows the sattelites connected, but the base unit has a magent dot and indicates INTERNET:Offline.
Have reset multiple times and nothing. Any ideas?

The app is indicating that the satellites are connected to the router (not to the internet).
Do you have a device with an ethernet jack that can be connected to the modem to verify that the modem is working?
(desktop? laptop?)

Re: Orbi
UInplug the Arris modem for one minute, then plug it back in and see if you get a connection and Orbi router connects.
