OrbiRbR50 won't connect to my wifi

I unplugged and reset but Orbi won't connect to my wifi. Waiting forever for tech support. Any ideas? My Orbi wifi name isn't even a network option.

in what respect

orbi router connect to ethernet for its wan and the orbi sats connect to the orbi router via wifi

orbi is not designed to connect to an existing wifi network

When I connected orbi I created an Orbi wifi name, I'm talking about that one

so are you saying you have a device that wont connect to the orbi , or are you wanting to connect the orbi wifi to another router
