Orby
I have a a Orby rbr50 to station system set up a couple years ago. We have a two-story frame house 2700 ft.² plus yards. It has worked extremely well for us until just recently. The range has suddenly gone down precipitously. I have unplugged each unit with the hopes that that would reset or help. It has not. Any suggestions?

Re: Orby
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
