Outdoor Generator Ethernet to Orbi
I have the AC3000 RBK53 Orbi with 2 satellites up and running inside the house with no problems. I recently set up the outdoor satellite- RBS50Y- but now I am afraid it will not be able to help me. We have a standby generator outside with an optional remote management setup that is wired for an ethernet cable (Cummins C20N6HC). I had not realized that the RBS50Y satelite does not have an ethernet port like the other satellites. Is there a solution to this? Would a wireless bridge help and if so what model? Thanks!

Re: Outdoor Generator Ethernet to Orbi
You can use a Ubiquiti NanoStation (different models) as a wifi to Ethernet adapter.
