Parental Contols Bypass Login Orbi & Mac

Hi I have a Mac running High Sierra, I have created a bypass login on netgear opendns, this is showing in Netgear Genie 2.4.28 and allows me to attempt to login it appears to login, says checking to see if live parental controls are enabled, then back to the login screen, nothing appears to happen and all filters are still on. Any ideas why I cannot use the bypass function?

With the latest 2.1 firmware you can use the Disney circle parental controls which may be better control of your filters.
