Plex Remote Access

To start, my system is listed as an AC2200 (RBK23), but that wasn't an option, so I've selected something as close as I could.
I am attempting to setup Plex Remote Access in my network, but running into issues.
My setup is:
* ARRIS SBG6580 Cable Modem (Xfinity)
* AC2200 (RBK23) in router mode handling dhcp, and dns.
*Plex server
I have reviewed the Plex configuration posts on here already, and largely they seemed to boil down to:
*Is UPnP enabled (yes)
*Did you setup port forwarding (yes)
*You have to be in AP Mode not Modem Mode (Is this true? If so, why? - I'm in Modem mode)
Within the orbi modem, I have setup port forwarding for the static IP address of the Plex server for port 32400 (TCP).
I have enabled manual port forwarding within plex for port 32400.
Plex indicates it is reachable externally:
I do not have Xfinity xFi Advanced Security (at least I do not think so as I have never explicitly set it up, and cannot figure out how to get access to it to shut it off if it actually exists.)
The server shows up to remote clients accessing the public url or through plex.tv/web, but is listed as inaccessible.
By all accounts, I believe everything is configured correctly, but still, unreachable. Curious if anyone has any other insight worth looking into. I'm posting this in the orbi forums as well as plex, because I don't know where the issue lies, but figure I'll try and tap expertise from all around.
I appreciate any help anyone might have.

This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Re: Plex Remote Access
What mode is your modem working in, router or is it bridged?

Re: Plex Remote Access
I believe this indicates it's 'routed' - but if I'm misunderstanding this configuration, let me know.

Re: Plex Remote Access
Thank you for clarifying that. I'll do some research and see about bridging the modem as I want the orbi setup to handle all modem functions. I should hopefully have some updates on that later today.

Re: Plex Remote Access
I set the modem to 'bridged' for both of the settings listed, restarted the modem only, then restarted PMS, and everything appears to be accessible as expected. Thank you so much for your help!
