Problem with Remote Management on Orbi RBR50
Hi
I'm using the Orbi RBR50 system and I'm really happy with it. But when I want to enable the Remote Management in the Orbi app, I get this message: "This NETGEAR device is already registered with another account". I really don't understand why it says that, because I'm using only 1 account on Netgear. Can someone help me please? Thanks for your time! Rob

Where did you get the Orbi from? New or used?
I would contact NG support and get there help on this...they'll need to help you get it registered correctly.

I’m in the same boat as above... new Orbi in September... just getting around to enabling remote management, but can’t because of the device/account association issue. Phone support is now expired. Any leads on how I can get this resolved?

I gave up on this issue. They called me and they didn't have the solution and said they will call me back because they had to ask a collegue. Never heard anything afther this... After a few weeks they replied with the question why they didn't hear from ME anymore? After that I was done with it.
